Kalamaki Villas of Skiathos is a multi-phase villas for sale  development project currently in phase two, with a total of 5 new villas added. All villas for sale offer modern amenities, fireplace, large rooms and spacious common areas.  Prospective villa owners can select from a long list of "extras" to add to their future home as as at time of sale, villas are at a 90% development phase, to allow for the finishing touches to be done by the prospective owners.
